I can honestly say that Liden & Denz language course exceeded my expectations. The lessons with teacher Vasilij Haraman were well-structured, fun, and informative. Being in class felt really pleasant and Vasilij was always ready to meet the needs of the group. Riga itself grew very close to my heart – everything can easily be reached by public transport, and the people are friendly and warm so I didn´t feel like a foreigner for a second. Coming to Riga was truly a special experience!

Learning Russian in the first weeks are really insane as it is a different alphabet. It is really tough to put everything together, and at the beginning, I was really wondering “Why am I doing this..?” But studying at Liden & Denz has been really great! And I think it was the best time ever to study there as of the travel restrictions, the maximum students that we have been in a class were 4! Thanks as well to my “Old School” Преподаватель Ольга who has been strict but makes me learn a lot !!

I was immediately impressed in my first lesson at the ability of the staff to not just explain the language, but to help me integrate what I learned into everyday life. In terms of outside the classroom, I've really enjoyed getting together with other students and hanging out with my flat mates. I've been able to get along very well with everybody. I would recommend studying Russian with Liden & Denz to any student wishing to further their language capabilities, and I plan on coming back in the future.

Für 4 Wochen war ich in Riga. Die Schule war fordernd und dadurch habe ich einen respektablen Level innert nur kurzer Zeit erreicht. Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen! Vergesst nicht an den Exkursionen teilzunehmen, Natalia wird sich auf euch freuen, grüsst sie von mir.
After 4 weeks attending a Russian language course at Liden & Denz I can truly recommend it! The teachers there are really dedicated and the environment could not be better. They spoke only Russian. Quite tough at first but I made so fast progress!
