You can quickly find authorised Liden & Denz agencies by searching the web.
We usually confirm your course booking within 24 hours. You will receive from us:

We send a work placement confirmation as soon as we receive the host employer confirms your candidacy (at the latest six weeks before the arrival date). This confirmation consists of two documents: a confirmation letter and a form describing the work placement. Once started, the internship must also be completed. A change of internship is excluded. The minimum age for internships is 21 years.

You must be at least 16 years old to learn Russian with us. If you are part of a group of students accompanied by a teacher, you can be younger.
You are solely responsible for your own personal insurance cover. The Russian authorities may require travel health insurance in order to approve your entry visa. Please check with the relevant authorities.
Please check the current epidemiological requirements for entry into Russia. For tests, vaccinations and treatments, we work together with renowned private clinics in all our locations.
If we are unable to find you a suitable group for your level, you will receive individual tuition at 75% of the lessons booked. No partial or full refunds will be given.
It is possible for one or more learners in your group to join the Russian classes online. Hybrid lessons are not recorded.
Liden & Denz reserves the right to make reasonable changes to classes in the event of civil unrest, due to the epidemiological situation or in other cases of force majeure. Online classes via Zoom are one way of responding appropriately to such events.
Liden & Denz will communicate the address and other details of your host family at least 3 weeks before the start of the course. Our host families have been carefully selected and are very experienced. If you are still unhappy, you can change families on the first weekend after arrival at no cost. If you wish to leave immediately, we will have to charge you for the current week.
On arrival at the school, a deposit of EUR 200 is required, which we will block on your credit card for the duration of your stay.
