Russian courses at Liden & Denz - procedures & terms

Your stay at Liden & Denz needs careful preparation. The following advice and information should help you plan your trip optimally.

Booking procedure

You can either book your Russian course directly with Liden & Denz or contact one of our 200 recognised agencies. The advantage of booking through an agency is that they will usually arrange your flight, travel insurance and visa. The course price will be the same, but you will pay in your home currency. You can quickly find authorised Liden & Denz agencies by searching the web.

If you want to book directly with us, you can do so here. For online courses, click here.  In our download section you will find brochures, forms and our current prices and dates.

We usually confirm your course booking within 24 hours. You will receive from us:

  • Your booking confirmation/invoice
  • Official letter of invitation (for the visa application)
  • Your accommodation confirmation (you will receive the exact address of the host family three weeks before the course start)

You can pay for your course directly on our website at the time of booking or later. However, the booked programme must be paid in full at least 30 days before arrival.
