Больше Кофе!

Больше Кофе!
01 February 2015

Больше Кофе! (More Coffee!) is a cafe that I highly recommend checking out. Located just outside of Gorkovskaya metro station, it’s a gem that is easy to miss, as the cafe is built into a hill in Alexandrovsky Park.

Yes, it’s actually built into the hill. It looks like a cross between a tiny castle and a hobbit home, and blends into the park surroundings very well. The cafe and the park are a beautiful place to visit, as the park has plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the weather, little bridges to walk over, and artistic statues to view. Additionally, it is nearby many other attractions as well, such as the Peter and Paul Fortress and the Museum of Political History.

The cafe itself is welcoming and cozy. It’s really an eccentric place, with unique art, interesting architecture, and odd little gifts to purchase. The coffee is great, and very well priced. I ordered an incredible latte for less than 150 rubles, and it even came with a mini biscotti! Yum. If you’re hungry they sell delicious looking pastries and cookies as well.

Nice location, great atmosphere, cheap delicious coffee, and free wifi- it’s the perfect place to read a book on a snowy day.

Here is a map to get an idea of the location, don’t blink or you’ll miss it!
