Restaurant Можно

Restaurant Можно

Можно restaurant is located in Улица Марата and I recommend it to everyone. It opened last summer and it is already a hit, especially among youngsters. The concept of this restaurant is linked to the Dukan diet, a protein-based diet. And like this diet, the menu is split in four stages. And by that I do not mean you have to order four courses (though that sounds like a pretty awesome diet), but that you have plenty to choose from. You will recognize many dishes, like beef carpaccio, tuna tartare, pelmeni and beef stroganoff, but you will also find many dishes with a fun twist. I would say the menu is sophisticated and puts together complementing flavors, but is still rather simple and nicely priced. As for drinks, I recommend you to try one of their homemade beverages like морс (a drink usually made out of some kind of berry like cranberries or blueberries, sugar and water), тархун (a Georgian soft drink flavored with tarragon) or ласси (a yogurt-based drink with spices and fruit), or one of their special tea blends. And if you’re in the mood for something sweet, go for their low calorie desserts menu and treat yourself right (guilt-free). The menu provides information about the weight and calories of every single dish, in case that is something you are interested in.

Located within a 5-minute walk from Маяковская metro station (past Жан-Жак Руссо restaurant), I find this restaurant to have a very relaxing atmosphere and to be a great place to get together with your friends.

To sum up: healthy, sophisticated menu, a lovely atmosphere, great for friendly reunions, guilt-free desserts, located in the center… What are you waiting for?
