English language teacher: St.Petersburg, Moscow

This position is open to native English speakers both in St.Petersburg and Moscow. We offer two paid positions: 1) EFL departments of Liden & Denz both in St.Petersburg and Moscow require English language teachers who would like to live and work in Russia for one year 2) Private kindergarden  and English language club for pre-school children “Kids Estate” in Moscow require English language teachers who could teach in a pair with a Russian tutor to small groups of children between 2 and 6 years Main duties:

  • Teaching English, preparation to the lessons, updating syllabuses
  • Assistance in other English-connected company activities
  • (for kindergarten) Carrying out educational and entertaining actions

Requirements (Liden & Denz):

  • General requirements:

Native English speaker, University degree is preferred, CELTA required (grade A or B preferred) Work experience in TEFL at least 3 years Experience with various coursebooks and resources, experience with various levels Exam experience is an advantage Readiness to be involved into course development Creativity and interest in a different culture

  • Russian language level and usage:  Russian language skills not required
  • Working hours: morning hours, maximum 25 hours /week
  • Possible duration: 12 months

Requirements (kindergarten):

  • General requirements: Native English speaker, active and caring person willing to work with small kids, pedagogical education is an advantage but not necessary
  • Russian language level and usage:  Russian language skills not required
  • Working hours: morning time, 4-12 hours  / week
  • Possible duration: 1.5 -8 months. In summer this position is closed!
