Airport closed during G8 Summit in St.Petersburg

12 April 2006

The St.Petersburg airport (Pulkovo) will be completely closed and no flights will be operated on these
3 days. In connection with this we ask you to take note of the following:

For all courses starting on Monday, 17. July the arrival day should be Friday, 14. July (or Thursday, 13. July). Pickup transfers will be organised for free for all students arriving on 13. or 14. July. Please note also that accommodation fees will include the appropriate number of additional days.

For all students finishing their courses by 14. July the departure day should be Friday, 14. July. No compensation is provided for classes missed on 14. July. If a student stays in a host family and leaves on Tuesday, 18 July we will have in some cases to lodge to the same host family (but different room) a student arriving on 13. or 14. July.

Let us know if anything is unclear or if you have any questions regarding the above.
