Hello everyone!

Hello everyone!
16 February 2015

Здравствуйте все!

My name is Ana, and I am the new editorial assistant at Liden & Denz. For the next six months I will be writing about Russian culture and interesting places I recommend you to visit, and keeping you posted on social events coming up that you might like to attend.

But a little about me first: I am 23 years old, I come from Portugal, and I have a Bachelor degree in International Hospitality and Events Management. I did my studies in Switzerland in a school welcoming students from all over the world. It was then that I realized how fascinating it is to learn about other cultures. I had a chance to work in hotels in Paris, Barcelona and New York, and I am now in Saint Petersburg to study Russian language and to get to know better the Russian culture and life. As a hospitality graduate, I learned that speaking Russian can be a powerful asset, and many times a job requirement.

Another reason I decided to come to Saint Petersburg is that I absolutely fell in love with the city the first time I came here three years ago. So I am back to treat myself with some more Russian delicacies and to explore the incredible city that is Saint Petersburg.

Should you have any suggestions on what my next topic should be about, I would love for you to share them with me. I hope you will find the posts interesting and helpful.

Увидимся в школе!
