About the programme

The Academy is a joint programme in collaboration with a prestigious private university in St.Petersburg, blending a full-time language course at Liden & Denz with a well-organised and thorough study of Russian history, focusing on the topics that had had an important impact on geopolitics, art, science, religion, and social developments.

Who is it for?

This is a great option for those students who would like to reach proficiency in the Russian language over a longer course as this programme is eligible for a study visa for up to 52 weeks. You will also raise your cultural awareness and form a solid ground for further research or studies in the fields of politics, sociology, economics, history, art or linguistics, both fundamental and applied.

Module details

Our university partner is located in the very center of St.Petersburg, within a walking distance from the Liden & Denz campus. The minimum stay for the Academy module is 14 weeks. Students can join the Russian history and cultural studies only after they have reached an A2 level of Russian.

This module can be booked together with any of our full-time courses: Standard Group course (20 lessons per week), Intensive course (25 lessons per week) or Individual classes (15-40 lessons per week).
