St. Petersburg Celebrates its Anniversary!

May 27 is the 311 anniversary of Saint Petersburg and this is definitely worth a festival! The festival will take place this Sunday the 25th of May.

The celebrations kicks off on 2 p.m. on St. Isaac’s Square. There you will find singers performing Russian songs. Against 5 p.m. make sure to find yourself in the city center, where people of all ages will take over part of the Nevsky Prospekt to enjoy themselves.

In addition you will find an ice cream festival at Ploschad Ostrovskogo and to round up the day at 9 p.m. there will be opera stars performing on Palace Square.

So, have fun celebrating the anniversary of the beautiful city of Saint Petersburg!
