Skyline Bar-On top of Riga
The Skyline Bar in Riga is an urban and hip place featuring the best view over the attractive old town and the Baltic Sea.
A glass lift will take you to the bar, which is located on the 26th floor of the Radisson Blu Hotel. Here not only the view, but also the menu is huge. You have the choice between more than 100 trendy cocktails and shots.
The prices are a bit higher than in other bars in Riga, but you won’t pay more than in any other European City. Take advantage from the Happy Hour, which takes place from Monday to Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
You will have to pay 3 Euros entrance fee, but the combination of view and atmosphere makes the expense worth it. On Friday and Saturday nights live DJs will play into the night.
Come early to get on of the coveted window seats. Once there, you should go to the lavatory as well, even from there you can enjoy the great view over the city.
Having a drink here is even more wonderful at sunset, when the sun is hiding between the roofs and city seems to be in a golden light.
