Hello Moscow from Sam

Hello Moscow from Sam

Hello Moscow!

My name is Sam Cramer, a new intern at Liden & Denz Moscow.  I am a post-graduate from the United States here to improve my Russian language skills (starting from scratch, to be honest). During the summer of 2012 I spent a month in Moscow with my university and instantly fell in love with the city. The history, rich culture and many different ways to eat a potato have kept me fascinated with the Capital for years. I have been looking forward to returning ever since. There is no better way to prove my love than by moving to Moscow in the winter, right?

Hello Moscow

My first picture in Moscow 2016, a Snapchat!

While in university at State of New York (SUNY) College at Geneseo, I studied anthropology with a concentration in Central and Eastern European studies. Currently my focus is on the environment and local food systems.  You will be receiving many updates on being a vegetarian in Russia!

If I am not in the classroom or talking about food, I am probably talking about tea, coffee or chocolate. These are the things that bring us all together. I also enjoy taking long walks, exploring new places and spending time in city parks. Hopefully, this will make my three months in Moscow incredible.
