Stolle Pies – The best пироги in town!
In my opinion, Stolle pies are the best пироги – pies – in town. The atmosphere of their cafés intends to reflect the end of 19th and early 20th centuries, with oak floors, very sturdy wooden doors, cast brass chandeliers, and leather sofas. The recipes of these pies have been perfected based on the traditional Russian pie recipes. Any time of the day is a good time to have a slice of their delicious pies and pastries. Some of the staples are cabbage and egg pie, chicken pie, meat pie, salmon pie and tvorog pie.
If you are organizing some sort of event and don’t know what to offer your guests, you can never go wrong with Stolle’s pies. There are quite a few stores in Saint Petersburg and Moscow, and the chain is quickly expanding all over Russia, having reached 22 cities already.
