Riga, it’s Good to Be Back!

Riga, it’s Good to Be Back!
01 April 2025

Всем привет! I’m Elle, and this is my second time studying and interning in Riga with Liden & Denz.

My first time was from August to October last year, and those months were nothing short of magical. Now, with spring in the air, I couldn’t be happier to return.

Studying at Liden & Denz has been an incredibly enriching experience. From the very first day, I found myself surrounded by passionate teachers and fellow students, all sharing the same love for language and culture. Beyond the lessons, it’s the connections I’ve made that have left the biggest impact. Whether it was deep conversations over coffee, exploring the city’s hidden corners, or simply laughing through language mishaps, every moment has shaped my journey in ways I never expected.

So why am I back? Because Riga stole my heart. There’s just something about this city that pulls me back — its charm, its history, and the way it feels both familiar and full of surprises at the same time. Ever since my first visit in 2023, I knew I wasn’t done with this city. There’s still so much to discover. This time around, I want to experience Riga even more fully, to go beyond just the well-known spots and truly live the city.

But my adventure doesn’t stop at Riga’s borders. I’m hoping to explore other cities, and get a deeper sense of the Latvian way of life.

Riga, it’s so good to be back, and I can’t wait to see what this chapter holds!
